We are big fan of Paperboat drinks. Especially the famous brand Paperboat, Hector Beverages Private Limited, is known for quality control and packaging.
Paperboat offers variety of drinks such as Fruit Juices, Thandai & Coconut water. We are consuming the ₹50/- coconut water almost everyday as it feels good drink for the summers. But until yesterday, 10th June 2020, my wife reported an insoluble fluid inside the packed paperboat coconut water bottle.
There was a bad feeling about the drink and glad that we did not consume it directly from the bottle. The bottle is packed on 6th May, 2020 which is just a month old from the date of purchase.
We purchased this from Amul Outlet, Bhramputra Shopping Complex, Sector 29, NOIDA, on 2nd June 2020.
Upon checking online for similar Paperboat Coconut Water complaints, we fount a product listed over Amazon where someone reviews about a similar whitish substance.
As we speak, we are sending the complaint to Food Commissioner of Uttar Pradesh as well as Food Smart Consumer. Also, reporting to the Paperboat company.
We strongly recommend you to pour any packaged beverage in a clear glass before drinking or serving it.
